Five steps to potential employment

We've outlined the employment journey so you can be prepared and learn how to set yourself up for success.

Your profile

Go to the Find Jobs page, select the job you want to apply for and submit an application to be considered for the opening. You'll be prompted to create a profile during the application process.

Pre-employment assessment

For some positions, you may be asked to complete pre-employment and/or language proficiency assessments.

Interview

Interviewing with State Farm may be completed via a video interview and/or with a hiring manager. This gives us a chance to learn more about your skills and experience as well as share with you information about the role and the work environment. New to video interviewing? Learn more here.

Job offers

If selected, you’ll be asked to log in to your profile to view the job offer. It will provide details about the position, location, salary, and start date as well as required next steps.

Finalizing

Pending successful results from a background check, your offer will be finalized and you’ll learn more about what to expect on your first day.
